It was a quaint and pleasant hotel, nothing to complain about, strongly recommend. My family members and I enjoyed being there. The location was nice, in quiet area, in the comfortable area. The place was very close to The Carlsberg Dugout, where you can have dinner. The units were nicely furnished and the staff were excellent and helpful people at member of staff.

The location was good, just next door to park p and the town center and mathew street and really close to Hillsborough Memorial we wanted to see.
We expected there would be elevator.

Quirky and pleasant hotel, it has EXCELLENT staff at member of staff. The rooms are immaculate and spotless, and are complete with heater, window open, as example. A nice bar does the trick. Thank you very much for the stay in this property - will be back.

Pleasant place all in all, has pleasant staff at member of staff. Reasonably large and well furnished rooms come with TV, a fridge plus the couch.
As we remember, there was no elevator.

Every visit to Liverpool we like to stay here. The location is good and perfect, thoroughly enjoyed to be walking distance to some leisure places, we've visited a stadium and bars. The airport is 20 km away.

My stay was very good for 1 night. I thoroughly enjoyed good little and nicely furnished room here with lovely view and the washing machine plus window open. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant whole time of my stay. Liverpool John Lennon airport was hardly 23 minutes away by car.
